Current Exhibitions

Two extraordinary exhibitions explore a century of one family's artistic vision — and the intimate stories behind the lens. On view now through November 30.

SJIMA presents a landmark fall season. In the Nichols Gallery, the work of Imogen Cunningham, Roi Partridge, and Rondal Partridge remains on view — over 100 photographs and prints spanning three generations of one remarkable family. Now expanding that story, the North Gallery premieres Behind the Lens: Films by Meg Partridge, two intimate documentaries by the exhibition's guest curator, screening on the hour throughout the day. Watch the films, then see the photographs that inspired them, all in a single visit.
