CLASS DESCRIPTION

In this 4 hour class, you’ll start by connecting with a sense of joy, then create and bring home with you a delightful set of little cards inspiring to engage in activities that bring you joy. You’ll use watercolors and colored pencils to paint and mindfully doodle on mixed-media paper, creating shapes and swirls to be filled with bright colors. You’ll then cut your creation into little cards and decorate them using markers and paint pens. You’ll write on each card an activity that brings you joy and collect all your cards in a jar, decorated by you! Your cards, kept in the jar, will be ready for you to be drawn for inspiration.

Instruction will be provided, and personal creative expression will be encouraged, so each set of cards and each jar will be unique to the person creating it. Previous experience…
