HAZELNUTS

Hazelnuts are a key species in agro-forestry and carbon farming. This practice can help hazelnut growers capture more carbon than they release. Hazelnut oil has been compared to olive oil—it’s higher in minerals, vitamins and protein, but also has more saturated fats.
