Winter '25 Family Art Days at SJIMA
This Winter, SJIMA is bringing an opportunity for children five and older accompanied by at least one adult (family, friend or mentor) to create art in free workshops led by artists of the San Juan Islands.
The Winter 2025 FAD series will feature teaching artists with artwork currently on exhibit at SJIMA. Before immersing themselves in the workshops upstairs, participants will visit the Artists Registry Show to hear the artist share briefly about an art piece they have on display.
Each of the 7 workshops listed below utilize various mediums and structures to create and explore the many and varied ways and processes of making art. Come and engage your imagination through art and creativity and join in the fun of making art projects along with local artists. It will be an extraordinary opportunity for young (and young at heart) creatives like you!
