Registration Policies for Islands Museum of Art Workshop Program

PAYMENT:  Full payment is due at the time of registration.

TRANSFERS:  Transfers to another workshop must be made at least 14 days prior to the start date of a workshop.

REFUNDS:  Students who withdraw 21 days or more prior to the start date of the workshop will receive a full refund less a $20 process fee.  Students who withdraw 14-20 days prior to the start date will receive a 50% refund less a $20 processing fee.  Students who withdraw less than 14 days before the start date of a workshop DO NOT receive a refund of any kind.

CANCELLATIONS: all workshops not meeting their minimum enrollment 14 days prior to the start date of the workshop may be cancelled.  In the event of a workshop cancellation, San Juan Islands Museum of Art will notify those who have enrolled by email or phone and will issue a full refund of tuition.

MISSED WORKSHOPS: There are no refunds for ‘no shows’ or for requests after the start date of the workshop.  

HOLD HARMLESS: Students agree to hold harmless San Juan Islands Museum of Art, its officials, its employees, and volunteers for any and all claims for personal injury and/or property damage in which damage and injury is or appears to be caused in whole or in part by their participation in this program.  

San Juan Islands Musuem of Art is not responsible for providing make-up workshops or issuing refunds, credits or transfers for sessions missed as a result of illness, emergencies or other events beyond our control.
